Leaf Springs
Composite leaf springs are a type of leaf spring used in vibratory conveyors. They are made of a combination of materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and polymer resin. The use of composite materials allows for the production of leaf springs that are lightweight, yet strong and durable.
Another advantage of composite leaf springs is their corrosion resistance. They are not affected by rust and corrosion, which makes them ideal for use in harsh environments where metal leaf springs would quickly degrade.
